Terms
These are short terms for using this website and for asking Adler HVAC Pty Ltd (ABN 36 680 537 660), trading as Adler HVAC, to do air conditioning work. They are a plain-language stub for a small mobile business, and they do not replace a written quote for a particular job.
Who you are dealing with
The company is Adler HVAC Pty Ltd, ABN 36 680 537 660. It trades as Adler HVAC. A change of the registered company name to Adler HVAC Pty Ltd has been filed with ASIC. Until the Australian Business Register publishes that change, the register may still list the company as Adler Air Pty Limited.
Quotes
Prices on a call or in an email are a quote for the work described, not a contract, until you accept the quote and we confirm we will do it. Adler HVAC Pty Ltd is registered for GST. The quote shows how GST is applied. A special is only a special if it is written on the specials page and in your quote.
The installation special
Until 01/03/2027, one free maintenance service is included with every new installation we complete on or before 1 March 2027. It is one maintenance visit, not a discount off the unit price, and not a repair plan. If the quote describes that visit differently, the quote is the one that counts.
Warranty
Our warranty is five years on the works, compressors and other major components, and 12 months on sensors, thermistors and other small components. Manufacturer warranties sit with the brand. We will tell you what applies when we quote.
Where we work
Adler HVAC is mobile. The area is the Sutherland Shire, St George, the Eastern Suburbs, the Inner West, wider Sydney and the Illawarra. There is no shopfront. Work further out happens only if we agree to it first. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
The work
We install, repair, maintain and clean split and ducted air conditioning for homes and commercial sites, including reverse-cycle heating on those systems. Mechanical ventilation is part of the work. Daikin is the brand we fit most often. Mitsubishi and Fujitsu are available on request. Samsung is the economical option. If a job is outside what we do, we will say so.
You need to give safe access to the indoor and outdoor unit. Tell us about strata rules, limited access, or hazards you already know about, including asbestos, before the visit.

Consumer law
